1 | Subscriptions
a. Subscription terms. Nitro Tipout by Anansi Creative (“we”, “our”, “us”) We offer you the ability to purchase subscriptions via nitro-tipout.io. Current subscriptions are paid on an every 30 days basis. Terms specific to a subscription will be disclosed to you at or prior to the time at which you purchase the subscription, and by purchasing the subscription you are agreeing to those terms.
b. Early bird pricing. If you purchase a subscription under early bird pricing, your recurring payments will remain at the early bird pricing for the duration of the early bird offer, and for a grandfathering period of 12 payment periods after. If you cancel your subscription after early bird pricing is no longer offered you will no longer qualify for the grandfathering period.
c. Cancellation. Your cancellation rights, and the mechanism via which you may notify us of your decision to cancel, will be disclosed to you at or prior to the time at which you purchase a subscription. Currently you may cancel via a form in your Account Settings or by contacting customer support.
2 | Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase, We offer refunds for subscription purchases under the following conditions
Subscriptions must be cancelled within 14 calendar days of your original purchase to qualify for a refund claim.
Refund claims must be made within 6 calendar months of your cancellation.

3 | Payment Security
We take your payment security seriously. To protect your information, all payment details are securely processed through Stripe, a trusted payment processor. Your card information is collected and handled directly by Stripe’s secure systems and never touches our servers. This ensures your payment data is protected to industry standards, including PCI compliance.
